Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery

Delivery is charged at a flat rate to cover postage and packaging. Delivery times vary depending on the product you choose. Some items are ready made whilst others that are made to order will take longer. Mamaloops is not responsible for guaranteeing your delivery time, and estimated delivery times displayed are those provided by the delivery company in question. Please see our Delivery Policy and Returns Policy pages for more information on the delivery methods available.

Mamaloops will deliver to the dispatch address provided by the consumer. Mamaloops do not assume responsibility for goods that do not reach their desired destination. If packages sent by an Express or international tracked service are refused by the customer, or returned due to non-payment of charges such as customs or import duty, any charges incurred by Mamaloops may be deducted, at our discretion, from any refund later made for that order.

At busy times custom and made to order items may take up to 2 weeks for completion, please do get in touch if you need it sooner as I may be able to accommodate.

Stripe – Pay now, your payment is taken in full when you complete your order.

Cancellation/refunds

For ready made products, you have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund. Ready made products can also be returned as long as they are in the original, new condition. However buyers would be responsible for the return postage. Unfortunately, for customized orders we are unable to cancel or offer returns once they have been made/despatched. This is because due to the personalized nature of these products we would not be able to sell them to anyone else.

Mamaloops reserves the right to cancel any order without any prior notice.
